Synergy Care Manager was developed in collaboration with actively practicing physicians. We prioritize clinical relevance, ease of use, and workflows that reduce administrative burden, not add to it.

We believe that when physicians have access to the right data at the right time, they make better clinical and financial decisions. Our analytics platform exists to make that a reality for every ACO we serve.

Security is non-negotiable

Patient data is sacred. We maintain HIPAA compliance, SOC 2 certification, ONC certification, and AWS-backed infrastructure. We also back up all data to OpenEMR for a two-tiered safety net.

Open-source healthcare matters

Everyone deserves healthcare that actually helps them, why not extend that to software too? We actively contribute to OpenEMR's development because the entire healthcare profession benefits when technology is open, interoperable, and accessible.

We design software that automates the work physicians shouldn't have to do manually — patient identification, billing documentation, quality reporting, and care coordination — so they can focus on patients.

Through our ACO analytics platform, we help affiliated organizations identify cost-saving opportunities, improve quality scores, and earn their share of Medicare shared savings — with smaller ACOs spreading more per physician.
